1. Demander un visa d'arrivée au débarquement au Cambodge

Il faut deux documents obligatoires : 2 photos d’identités officielles pour passeport et 2 photos (4cm x 6cm)

De l’argent pour payer le visa à l’arrivée: 30 dollars US par personne

Avantage / inconvénient:

• Le traitement sera effectué par les clients à l'aéroport
• Prendre le temps d'attendre que le personnel prépare des frais de timbre
• Economiser de l’argent

2. Demander un visa en ligne (le site officiel pour demander un visa en ligne est www.mfaic.gov.kh)

a. Informations personnelles du voyageur:

• Nom
• Prénom
• Pays
• Numéro de téléphone
• Email principal
• Taper à nouveau l’email principal
• Email de secours
• Taper à nouveau l’email de secours 
• De la part de qui avez-vous entendu parler de nous?

b. Photos

• Un visage entier, de face, yeux ouverts
• Soyez sûr que la photo présente le visage entier partant du haut des cheveux aux épaules
• Prenez la photo sur un fond blanc ou un fond blanc cassé
• Eviter les ombres sur le visage ou l’arrière-plan
• Le visage sur la photo doit avoir une expression naturelle (bouche fermée)
• Les photos ne doivent contenir ni de lunettes de soleil, ni de chapeau ou autres accessoires
• Le contraste et l'éclairage de la photo doivent être normaux

Critères pour la photographie numérique

• Acquisition: Le fichier image peut être produit en acquérant une image avec un appareil photo numérique ou en numérisant une photographie papier avec un scanner.
• Dimensions: Les dimensions minimales acceptées sont : Hauteur = 600 pixels et largeur = 400 pixels. Les dimensions maximales acceptées sont : Hauteur = 1200 pixels et largeur = 800 pixels.
• Couleur: Les photos en noir et blanc sont acceptées, cependant elles doivent être claires et de bonne qualité
• Format : Le format de la photo doit être de type JEPG, PNG, BMP format (Jpeg, Png, Bmp extension)
• Taille: La taille doit être de moins de 1MB

Prix des visas en ligne:

• Si le visa est réalisé par le client lui-même, le visa en ligne, est de :  30 dollars (frais d’estampage) + 5 dollars (frais de traitement) = 35 dollars US par personne
• Si 365 Travel réalise le visa en ligne pour le client, le prix est alors de : 30 dollars (frais d’estampage) + 5 dollars (frais de traitement) + 35 dollars (frais de service) = 70 dollars par personne

Remarque:

• Le système ne fonctionne pas bien, de sorte qu'il faut s’y prendre plusieurs fois pour remplir le formulaire de demande à cause de la connexion lente
• Les photos doivent correspondre parfaitement aux critères
• Le coût est plus élevé
